Retail Multiunit Management topic of the day!
Today we set a record number of hits to both our website and the Retail Multiunit Management (RMM) related pages. Hundreds of retailers clicked their way through the information about RMM and what their District Managers, Regionals, and Area Managers would learn about leading from a distance if they attended our upcoming public session.
This is the fun part of being connected not just nationally but globally. Clearly, more and more retailers are taking an interest in resources for their multiunit managers that can teach them specific, usable skills and strategies to drive results in stores even when the DM isn’t there. There seemed to be particular interest in our Maximizing Store Visits approach that includes best practices gained from national research about what to do before, during, and after store visits that really maximizes commitment and results.
