Store Visit Effectiveness Survey

(90-120 days post RML training implementation) ​

A survey is sent out electronically to all Store Leaders multiunit leaders direct reports), to assess the effectiveness of their Store Visits and Communication in between. It is usually conducted 120 days post the RML workshop.

The 23 questions are all based on the Retail Multi-Unit Leadership—RML skills, strategies, and tools the multiunit leaders are taught. The results are tabulated, and a report is created and presented to Senior Leadership in a 3-hour comprehensive session, to discuss opportunities for continuous development and growth with the multiunit teams.

Then followed by an individual area report and presentation to the multiunit group and includes the following key elements:

  • 21 Quantitative/ 2 Qualitative ​
  • Comments allowed to be entered on ALL questions. ​
  • Collated, summarized, and presented with key findings, highlights, and recommendations to senior team first. ​
  • Confidential share with multiunit individuals the aggregate data from their district/store/region leaders and then host a virtual or onsite meeting to debrief overall themes and results. 
  • One on one follow-up Coaching by a professional MOHR Retail Coach is also an option for additional fees. ​
  • Multiunit leaders have follow-up conversations with store teams to thank for feedback and share what was learned (Complete strategies learned during Turning Feedback into Change RML Advanced module). ​
  • Can be repeated every 6-12 months pending development strategy to measure RML training effectiveness and ROI of your training investment. ​
